Ordered through DoorDash, paid for an upgrade to my side. Get told they don’t have that side and are downgrading to what they do have but not refunding the price of the upgrade. When I call to speak to someone about why they are keeping my money while giving me a lesser item, i was told “I can’t do any thing about it, I hate those apps, I just work here for minimum wage” and then she hung up. Way to go! Great service all around! 🙄 Would like to add, just got my food. It’s rather sad when you only have one type of fry and can’t even get those out the door fresh…

I drive up to the parking lot and look at the hours listed. Lobby should close at 10. Nothing to indicate reduced hours so I went in. I saw the roll of trash bags holding the door opened. The lobby was closed and the drive through isn't exactly the speediest of experiences with 6 to eight cars in line.... Oh well.

Went by yesterday and my order was wrong and food quality was horrible. Did survey, was contacted, and offered a replacement. Went by today and manager refuses to fulfill order because she knows nothing about it. Wow 👌 incredible customer service.

My honey wanted something to snack on and was hungry for the loaded curly fries but there wasn't any forks to eat it with...had to go to taco bell and snatch a fork....

Got some fries, two burgers, and popcorn chicken for my wife. Get to the window and they tell me they’re out of popcorn chicken. I asked if they could substitute a chicken sandwich and they said sure. They gave me the $1 chicken sandwich, not the similarly priced $5 chicken sandwich.

Service was rude . Went through at night around 9 something the cash taker guy threw my change practically at me spilling it on the floor I leave with my food and there’s a huge hair in my curly fries . I will not be back . Get better workers !

I love Jack in the Box but the tacos now days are mostly taco shell and very little meat. The shell is over half empty so when it is fried it becomes a sharp object cutting up my mouth. I would be fine with a price increase if the would just fill the taco up.

Fast service. They did forget my drink but when I called them from parking lot. due to walking in was locked due to covid. They fixed it right away. Very nice employees
