Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

After a half hour wait in the drive through I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without onions as I am allergic to them when they are raw. My order was repeated back correctly, I paid, received my food and drove about 15 minutes to my home to then find out that even though they took my order correctly they still managed to put onions on the burger. And as I am allergic to them just removing them doesn’t work as the onion leeches into the rest of the burger. I’d wind up in the ER. Called and got a “sorry” but no real offer to make it right and by this time I simply wasn’t in the mood to make another Half hour round trip plus whatever I would have to wait in line. Very disappointed.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that it was a delightful evening and the venue was undoubtedly the reason for the successful event. The waiters contributed in a sweet style, the cuisine was tasty and my guests were extremely thrilled. We shall absolutely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.
