Made an order for 2 mocha lattes a caramel crunchy latte and 2 sandwiches the 1st time they tried to give me my order the bring me no sandwiches and 3 iced coffees the second time they made all of them caramel and then when they finally handed me those correct drink u had to wait for them to come ba
Coffee is always good. The donuts a little shy of a great selection and sometimes stale. The associates talk too much between themselves about their personal lives, instead of taking care of customers.
Staff could do a better job at listening and/or face to face confirmation on drive through ice coffee orders. Staff could be better trained to get orders correct, especially with the prices customers are paying.

Customer service was so terrible, I ended up just driving off WITHOUT MY ORDER. after getting soaking wet bc whatever person wanted to giggle and not do their job assisting the CUSTOMER, sat at the window waiting to pay....getting more wet bc the girl is sitting at the window talking to an employee
My son loves that Dunkin donuts so we go there a lot I've never had a bad cup of coffee or bad product we go through the drive-thru so I'm not so sure about the service but I haven't had any bad experiences
It's good coffee it's DD after all. The drive through was speedy and they got my order correct which is all I really need.
