EVERY Time the doughnut is placed UPSIDE Down in the bag 🙄 Frosting side down 😳 Only at this location. Why ?? Isn’t putting a frosted doughnut 🍩 into a bag fairly simple? EVERY TIME 🤯

Went at 5:30 pm for my kids. They had 1 flavor donut ONLY. Kids even asked why the store doesn't CLOSE. They are 6 and 7 years old. Inexcusable. That will be the last time we go there.

I wasn't able to make it up to dunkin to pickup my order that I made through the app. I went in the next day and manager Nancy made my order for me. She is so nice and has great customer service skills. Thanks Mrs Nancy. 😊

While Dunkin Donuts Breakfast food isn't great, this DD goes the extra mile to make it terrible. I ordered a Sourdough Sandwich sub Sausage for Bacon... and of course I got raw bacon, untoasted bread, unmelted cheese, so once I got the sandwich home, I needed to recook the entire sandiwich myself. Basically, I paid DD to make my own breakfast. Didn't DD was Make-Your-Own-XXX type of place, I just paid them $8.27 to make a sandwich. And it was still just okay....

I only ordered the Charli cold foam and it was so tasty! Maria M. gave me the best customer service that I’ve encountered so far at a Dunkin Donut establishment! She was very sweet, friendly and gave me a beautiful compliment on my dress and nails. Her big bright smile could light up anyone who comes in contact with her. If I’m ever traveling from Tampa to Clearwater again this would definitely be my go to!

We went to our local Dunkin Donut 🍩 this morning; my son got a couple chocolate donuts & I got a medium frozen coffee with a shot of espresso + Mocha flavor added & a coffee cake muffin & a snack size of applewood bacon, yum! The guy behind the register was brand new & had no help, he was struggling & I told him ‘no worries we all have to learn new jobs’. It took a very long time because he didn’t have help! At the other end where the orders were to be picked up at were all mixed up & just sitting there with no one calling them out as they were placed & ready for pick up. Thankfully everyone coming in was patient! The bathrooms were also very dirty & desperately needed tended to. The food & drinks are & were very good, they just needed a few things to make it a better score overall!

Their was only one staff member working and she was great. Shame on the store owner having only one person on staff working both drive-thru, inside service and food prep during the afternoon coffee rush.

15-20 minute drive thru times are not uncommon. If you don’t get here when it’s completely empty, forget about it. Lines regularly spill onto US19 and it creates a traffic hazard.
