Just bought dinner for 4 and the food was enjoyed by all.
If you order a whole chicken and you want all of the chicken don’t ask for it to be quartered as they will only give you the two breasts and two leg parts without all the other bits. I feed my dogs scraps from the other bits so prefer to get the actual whole chicken.
Their chicken pot pie is good. Their spinach is good.

This location has closed drive through as of Nov 29, 2019. On line ordering is shaky at best. Day before Thanksgiving rush was handled with new hire confusion. At least I hope it was new hire.
Patient manager, hands on needed to save the confusion.
Could feel the stress. But it's the holidays!
Signed up for loyalty program with promise of free cookie. None received. But the meal was so great I should thank them for sparing the belly.

Never been to this kind of restaurant when I was out by clearwater beach stop here to get some food in the drive thru and I was impressed everything taste so good freshly made will be back again.

We were tired after flying in from New Mexico and wanted some dinner before we got to our hotel. We were the only customers in the store at the time. The lady who took our order seemed uninterested and somewhat disengaged with our service. We chose a meatloaf and turkey meal with sides. We did notice that most of the warming trays were nearly empty or at best. Half empty. Once we were served. I began with my broccoli, which was cold. I was happy my meatloaf and mac and cheese were warm. My wife was unhappy as well as the cornbread (mine too) was cold and her stuffing was somewhat sweet tasting. I feel the cornbread should be hot so butter melts on it. The staff cleaned up nicely after we were done but I must say, after such a long day, a nice hot meal would have been nice.

I could 5 star all day because how good the food is. Its the home cooked meal you disbt want to cook. The creamed spinach is absolutely amazing, great recipe. That's just 1 small side on a menu of grander things. Worth a try by anyone who likes Thanksgiving food!

Manager was an extremely nice guy and told us, don't move anything off of the table. When you come here this is my house and you are my guest. I'll take care of everything, I want you to have pleasant visit and come see us again. So yes, we will definitely be back. Great experience and excellent food.

The food is consistently good across most Boston Market restaurants. This one is no different, but they did forget the gravy with the sliced turkey dinners, lol. No big deal. The food is good and seemingly much healthier than other fast food choices.

Went and ordered 2 meat loaf meals. Specifically asked for gravy w my meals and was told it comes with the meals. Now I have dry meatloaf and honestly am really disappointed Didn’t get any gravy at all. I called and was told I would be able to speak to the manager and got hung up on. Not going back again.
