Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Horrible customer service! The employee appeared at 11:00 on the dot, and then set up the counter little by little during customers' orders. She really didn't talk much or have any expression. The items the 2 of us ordered were a Kiwi Quencher and a Santa Fe Quesadilla. When I asked her if the bananas were fresh (since they weren't out where they could be seen), she said yes, and then she gave me one with a 2-inch black bruise. The only reasons I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because she actually saved us money by ringing up our 2 orders as a combo and because the food and smoothie were so delicious and healthy.

This is the worst place to order from. We order from here at work all the time and never had a problem until today 10-29-2021. We ordered 3 smoothies 2 flatbreads and a Chipotle chicken club and only got the smoothies! They do not answer their phones and keep disconnecting the call! So I paid $42.51 for 1 large smoothie and 2 small smoothies. This is insane!! We will never order from there again!! The company I work for orders from here a lot!!!! Worst company and they have no customer service!!! Spend your mom bet somewhere else!!!

I went to order a kids meal ($4.99) yesterday for my son and when I went to pay she said it was over $20. 🤔 I asked the girl how it could be so much and she said she wasn’t sure and had to ring each item up separately and that was the price. I then asked her to check with her manager and she came back out and said she couldn’t do anything and that was the price… I politely declined and walked away. 🙄

This is the worst and dirty place in the food court... Go look at how they operate and how so much trash is on the counter and it is not wiped down! The employees are more concerned with their eyelashes falling off than making sure my order was correct or served in a clean environment... The manager Kayla did not know the district manager or owner.. she was new and had a temporary name tag which speaks volumes for this location

I come here all the time and usually I have to wait out front because there's never anyone at the counter or I have to wait in a big line because service isn't fast enough however the food and smoothies are always great! So I wait... But today there was this young lady directing her coworkers and taking orders but also making sure they are expedited correctly that the huge line that I thought was gonna be a ten minute wait just to order was only a couple minutes and not even two minutes after I ordered I already had my smoothie it was a great experience and whoever that young lady was (I didn't catch her name it was weird name ) thank you for making my day !
