Mcdonald's

I'm assuming they ran out of chicken for their deluxe chicken sandwich so someone had a bright idea to use mcchicken patties for a substitute. Without telling anybody about the switch. Not at all the same and not what I paid for. Getting a refund. Also the lettuce and tomatoes belong on the sandwich. Also another note, controll your drivethough line, you have customers waiting In line for 20+ minutes just to have scumbags cut everyone in your line cause you guys cant put up cones or do anything. Honestly the owner or manager should be looked at by some higher ups cause I cant see how your actually upholding a frachises standards. -5 stars

One star is too many! Tried to call the 800 number posted on the door and it's disconnected. Let's begin with management. Weekday shift female manager is the stuff nightmares are made of.She is very very rude and hates people LOL I got this from watching her treat other customers. Had nothing to do with me. Now let's talk about me. Went inside at 1:30 pm last Wednesday and it took them 40 minutes to serve me a cheeseburger and french fries. This is not an exaggeration. When I complained she told me I should have gone through the drive-thru. Are you kidding me? This is the worst McDonald's on planet earth. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here. They do not care about you and probably spit on the food for fun.

As we're completing our order in the lobby self serve machine at 8:30pm and a man comes behind us and says the lobby is closed. We nodded ok and then as we complete the order the "manager" Fernando tells us we have to leave and order via the drive through because they were closing the lobby. I ask to make our orders to go to avoid waiting in drive through when we were already inside and he stated "no you have to leave cause I'm the manager and I said so". I truly hope this unprofessional and inconsiderate young person was not really the manager, because he sure was surprised when I ask if he truly was the manager. We obviously ended up going elsewhere due to the principle of the situation and his rudeness.

Service was good, food was hot, and everything was in the bag. Only problem was that my husband ordered the Crunchy McDouble - and we were surprised to find out that it’s not put together (at least that’s what he was told)- he got a McDouble and a 6 piece chicken nugget’s. Not How McDonald’s is advertising it at all!

the wait is so long for your food, we waited 10 minutes for a mcflurry and milkshake. the service is terrible, they gave us barely any napkins, they didn’t give us any of the sauce we requested either. i’m also thinking they arr VERY understaffed. i loved this mcdonald’s since this is close to where i live, but i won’t be expecting much from them anymore. i suggest to go to another mcdonald’s. even though all of those bad reviews, this place still has nice employees and is clean.
