Definitely liked the pancakes! They are super yummy and all the plates where great, services was super fast and very good, the only reason I didnt give them a 5 star is because the physical space can have an improvement, I have gone to others IHOP that where much nicer.

Service very poor!!... The server Jessica from Indiana did not ask me adequate questions or talk about any specials.I had to ask for a refill of water and even then was delayed in getting the water byher telling me she was occupied by restocking and filling up condiments. The other server was preoccupied reading the Google survey out loud in the middle of the dining room which prompted me to do this survey. Along with Horse play and using foul language and curse words in earshot of customers. How is someone to eat their food all on one small plate when I asked about it however very hesitantly jessica went and got another plate. Both servers complaining about all the side work that must be done daily. Will say that the food was hot and fresh.

Food and service was very good, but restaurant needs remodeling

The place was dirty, the food was cold. The waitress / Hostess was very nice. And she got our orders accurate. But by the time they came out half of it was cold. Which was a little weird since it was only my family, and one other family. In the entire restaurant, the entire time we were there.

Food was good and our waitress was very pleasant. How ever the yelling and inappropriate language coming from the kitchen was truly unprofessional.
Not to mention when we got there there was 22 people waiting to be seated. There is a side room but management chooses not to open it for reasons unknown. I guess getting your patrons seated is as important as keeping that room closed. I know I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Our server was very nice and helpful with the new menu choices. The new burger was delicious, and my daughter enjoyed her Belgian waffle with chocolate chips. This IHOP is not in the best location (not their fault) and we were entertained by three police cars and an arrest outside of our window. I would return, but not after dark.

Poor customer and food service!
We got seated and given our drinks fast, but we had to wait 15 minutes to be able to order, then we had to wait another 15 for our food.
So I ordered pancakes with NO whip cream, or icing (important because I have allergies), and another waitress brought it out without looking at the ticket, so the lady who originally took our order had to fix it.
Then it took another 5 min to get the paying thing down.
It seemed like there were more customers than employee's, terrible way to run a restaurant!
