Panda Express

Very poorly operated. The people have no idea how to run this franchise. Food is old and soggy. Nowhere close to to the freshness I have experienced at other locations. My potstickers were deep fried, they acted like it was normal for a Panda Express. Where is the quality assurance at the corporate level? Huge disappointment.

I called Ahead to get an idea of rate and sizes as I needed to feed 2 adults & 4 children, not including myself. The restaurant suggested Panda Feast and say the amount of food should feed 4-5 people. I agreed and visited the location in Clearwater off of Gulf to Bay. The service was GREAT. I ordered the Fried Rice, Broccoli Beef and Spring Rolls. The employees, in turn, decided to make me a fresh batch of my entire order and provided me with a little more than my order amount. My Family was ate well and their bellies were happy. Thank you Panda Express. I hope others will have the same GREAT experience as I did.

So this was a place I ate lunch at at least once a week. Put up with the outside grounds seldom mowed, garbage everywhere as food was passable. However, on this day, ordered Angus steak mushroom and asparagus as I had done many times in the past. Asparagus was all stems, big ones, 1/2 inch or more and not even one top or middle. All big chunks of stringy stems. Had them do it up again with fresh batch, Same thing again, only big stem chunks. Complained, found no sympathy, they said that's the way they come and showed me a gallon bucket of mostly big stems. Handed the plate back, they refunded 7 bucks or so and will never ever go back. With a dozen places to eat out here on Gulf to Bay within walking distance I expect this place to byte the dust any day.
