Domino's Pizza

I've gone to this location at least once a week. I called in my order for carry out, when I arrived they told me that they don't have my order, I gave gave them my last 4 digits of my phone number and they finally found it. They told me to pull up front and they will bring it out when ready. Ended up waiting and waiting about 10 to 15 minutes and still nothing. I had to go inside and the pizza was ready and they never bother to bring it out to me. I wasn't happy because my pizza was barely warm when I got home. I will never go back.

This place is great, I've been getting pizza from this location since I was a kid (They have moved once, this location is loads better for getting to the store). They've always done well and are very generous. I've made mistakes with my orders and they've been extremely generous in getting me my pizza still.

Do not order from this store. It's one thing to have your order messed up while your kids have been waiting to eat and have something to drink, but they were rude. I ordered two pizzas and a two liter of diet soda. We have a diabetic who can't have sugar. I spoke the order back twice confirming a two liter of diet. When we opened the bag there was a 20 Oz of regular coke. I called and the rude young man that answered said they don't sell 2 liters. I've received 2 liters before, so I know they do. He said " Hold on". Then left me hanging for 6 minutes. No apology either. I hung up and called back and he said "were busy, you need to hold because we have other customers." I told him that I had already held on and asked to speak to a manager. He refused to let me speak to a manager and while I was talking put me on hold. I hung up. They do not care about their orders, your food, or your service. They only want your money. Save your evening and your money and order from Pappa John's.

I ordered through the app which was difficult to maneuver. When I went to pick up my pizza there was no cheese on it. I asked them to add cheese and they said they couldn't do that. If they would have let me I would have went to the kitchen, got some cheese and sprinkled it on the pizza and put it in the oven for a few minutes and boom were good. But no they preferred to toss the pizza and give me a refund. So went to Pizza Hut.

I tried to order online 10 times without success. I then called the placed and got hung up on the first time. Called back and was able to place order but was told I would have to tip when driver arrives. Unfortunately I do not keep cash. The person on the phone said “oh well “. Very rude with the price of gas now. Will not order from them ever and would not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional!!!!!
