Einstein Bros. Bagels

Bagels were fresh and delicious, that is the only positive thing I can say. Customer service was horrible-very unfriendly staff. :( We had to ask them to clean our table, there was no coffee and another customer had ask them to refill it. The cream jug was empty, no sugar.... We love their bagels but honestly just because of the terrible customer service we won't go there in the near future for sure.

My favorite breakfast spot. I love everyone who works there. Stephanie, Mike, Dee and the rest of the team do a fantastic job taking care of my family every time we go there. The bagels are always cooked perfectly and tasty. They always greet us when we come in. They even know our orders. We always get excellent service there. Thank you Team.

We loved this place but today morning was a really bad experience for us.🙁 Mask was really important to them, they wanted everyone to wear a mask but the service itself was horrible. Dirty tables, no brown sugar, no cream, no coffee because these were not important to them. They were rude with everybody. Customers had to clean up tables to their breakfast because it was not important to them at all. Really bad service!☹️

Horrible customer service. And from what Im reading Im not the only one who feels this way. I Do not think they understand what customer service means. An employee should.never assume when someone orders that they mean the most expensive of that type... called for $4.89 breakfast sandwiches (sausage n egg and bacon and egg, simple enough) and 4 bagels later it was $28! The staff would not fix the sandwhich nor the price! Instead said it was my wifes fault for not specifying and waiting to call to fix it... it was 7 minutes later as she had to get online to see why we were being charged so much, once she did she called and asked for it to be fixed. Upon picking up I recieved huge attitude from i guess what you all are calling the manager and left with no bagels for my wife on mothers day.
