Taco Bell

I'm comparing them to a visit about 6 months earlier. Plus a friend goes there more often than me so I'm using her inputs also. The drive thru moved fairly quickly when compared to close by competition which is a plus on a meal break. The tacos were very good compared to my previous visit. Shells weren't stale and most importantly the beef wasn't greasy. Ours were combination of supreme and custom(only double meat and cheese). They we're made exactly as requested. The staff was friendly and kept things moving. I gave it 4 stars only as a comparison to another quick serve Hispanic restaurant on Main St. in Dunedin.

Excellent employees at this location who work very hard. Often appears they are short of staff. Food always prepared with care; order is correct and tastes great! 3 STARS because dining area inside is usually not open on Friday evening, nor all day on Sat/Sun. Disappoints customers who just move on to McDonalds that is next door!

This has to be the worst Taco Bell. Employees are rude, and never have everything in the bag. I’m not even sure why I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt and keep trying again and again because they’ve literally just messed up that many times. This time they actually got all the food I looked on my receipt to make sure that they heard me say no tomato because I’m allergic to them but I get a couple bites in to my crunch wrap and see TONS of tomatoes. I realize you are short staffed but it is really ridiculous to not have the lobby open for your mess ups. I waited 35 minutes in line to get my food and there was no way I was getting back in line for your mess up. This is absolutely the last time I give you guys a chance. Every person I talk to agrees this is the worst Taco Bell in pinellas.
