Went in and asked which donuts were with cream...the cashier showed me the ones with cream, so I ordered and surprise.....no cream in the donut that was supposed to have cream inside. I ordered a "Coffee Roll" too....not even the taste of coffee.....was cinnamon....what could happen if I was allergic?
In addition, staff and cleanliness need more attention...
No cheap at all.

Walked in behind 2 women. After 3 minutes had to walk out without ordering because the two in front of me were sampling items given to them by the employees and I, a paying customer was being ignored. Don't know if I should use the term poor service or service sucks. Wise up corporate, you'll shut down due to lack of paying customers and funds. Date of incident 10-11-17 Time 10:10 AM

Good coffee and I like that it's also a Bask in Robbins....the service is pretty good too. Very convenient location to walk to from my job and almost anywhere in downtown Clearwater.

Employees have no concept of customer service. The iced coffee I ordered was so sweet it was like drinking sugar water. When I brought it back, the employee looked at me like what do you want me to do about it? Starbucks is right down the street, go there!

Overall good service. Drive thru service is very slow. Make you wait before ordering for a long time sometimes. Remodeled interiors are very soothing.
