Mcdonald's

My family and I stayed at a hotel on the beach front for 6 days, we walked to this McDonald's on most of the days for breakfast. Definitely a small location, restaurants and hotels have built up around it as the years have gone by. The service was always friendly, very fast. With a family of 7 ordering breakfast at a very small chaotic location, it would be very easy to get an incorrect order, we never did, always spot on! One of the only downsides is there is only 3 seats available to sit and eat, again it is a very small location, out of this location with its capabilities, overall they do a great job!

Customer service is definitely lacking here. 1) they are advertising due to COVID-19 they are not doing refills at all. Other McDonald's I've been to over last 2 year's have still been doing refills in new cups, no issues. But not here. 2) the $3 bundle is not $3 as advertised everywhere in typical McDonald's. Here it rings up at $3.39 plus tax. 3) nobody here speaks English. Which is fine i guess. 4) if you do have a question or concerns. There's a sign with the name and number to call covered up. 5) the food i ordered, restaurant was not busy. Mediocre at best

This is the dirtiest mcdonalds I've ever been in..I walked in and it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The lady at the register had barely any intelligible speech and kept waving at me during my order..kindve disturbing. She had a mask on but did not utilize gloves when handling the food. The indoor dining was closed down with no access to a public bathroom. The inside furniture was extremely outdated and blocking off half of the restaurant. There were signs falling off of the wall. Garbage scattered on the floor both inside and all over the outside dining space. Very disappointing and made me quite uncomfortable to ingest food provided by this place. Would not reccomend to anyone who plans on not acquiring a food borne illness.

I went to this McDonalds a couple times and both were pretty bad experiences. The staff always seemed in a hurry and made me unwelcome. The food was always alright but there was always something wrong that annoyed me. When I ordered spicy McNuggets, I got regular McNuggets. I didn’t really care that much but it was annoying. Another time I got a vanilla shake and it had like 1 cm of strawberry shake at the bottom. Again not a huge deal but why… Also not very generous with the ice cream which I can kind of understand. Overall I would still go here but I guess it’s kind of a disappointing McDonalds.

This McDonald's in particular isn't very ideal. The furniture is way outdated in comparison to other (thriving) McDonald's. The batherooms are also not ideal, only one person can use the batheroom other than the sink(at least in the Men'). The batheroom was also very nasty and just dirty, like don't touch anything kind of nasty. The cashier was a little friendly but didn't smile or show any interest in taking my order (but she did). The food I had was good but pretty certain there was a hair in one of my cookies (but it could have been on of mine).🤷‍♂️
