Dunkin'

You can always get great service here and great coffee! I really enjoy that even if there is a long line you still get out of there fast! The healthy choices for food is another great feature and the food tastes great! This Dunkin is conveniently located and easy to spot from the road. The parking lot is a little small but the drive thru is a nice feature!

Just went thru drive thru and worse exp ever in my life. The guy forgot to give me my donut so I waited 7 min and started to beep my horn to get their attention. That didn't work walked by and ignored. Beeped again and then told slammed at counter when there was only one order. Nit slammed so lied to me for an excuse. I said no excuse just forgot. Female then refused to give me my donut. Said it call corporate. Then had to beg for what u paid for still. Then I was threatened and pretended to call police. What the hell for their mess up. Well lost a 2 time a day customer and will indeed call corporate. What disgusting customer service. Happened right after 545. So you'll know who it was. Just disgusting needless to say left there very upset and won't be back even though its the only one in my direction to work. Should have said sorry simple.
