Subway

Have been coming to this restaurant for close to 10 years. It has always been a pleasant experience. A quick way to take a lunch break and eat a somewhat healthy meal. Never thought the day would come to where my brother and I would not be welcomed. I swim in the ocean as many people do when they visit the beach. Wet is now not excepted here! We were asked not to come in wet any longer. Every other establishment on the beach is happy to see us. Wonder if they close when it rains?

If you're a fan of Subways, this place will not disappoint. It's bright, clean, well staffed and the food is fresh and well prepared. They use the app, have all the things you expect from any good Subway. There's an easy in and out and an opportunity for a good meal as healthy as you'd like it at a very reasonable price. Recommend.

Giving it 1 star as I couldn't give 0. Worst ever staff, lady (nothing lady like about her) started swearing in front of my kids. The rudest ever woman I've ever had the displeasure or being served by. Eat Subway around the world and never had an issue. So many other negative reviews also also the staff. Advice to management - you have horrendous staff. Time to make changes.

Very rude staff. Walked in with my wife, no one in sight, waited patiently for 5 minutes. No one in store.. Never greeted, I friendly said " hello" to see if anyone was in the back. Someone from the back, " yea I'll be with you in a minute". Like we was a bother to her.. Sorry you are usually greeted when you walk in somewhere to order food, guess we should have just stood there all day. No one ever came out so we left... This happened on 5-2-19 thursday.

We ordered the food to be delivered, and all 4 sandwiches came wrong; 2 tuna 12” and 2 Spicy Itallian 12”. The bell peppers were on the complete wrong sandwiches, no mayonnaise on one of the spicy Italians which we asked for, and no pepper jack cheese on 2/3 sandwiches which were supposed to be on. Overall sandwiches were not worth it.

I didn't even want to give one star. I have never in my life and in all of my travels witnessed such disgusting behavior by a subway employee. This Subway is in a resort area yet it's filthy and had one employee working who claimed she was a manager. Every table was filthy, no ranch dressing was in the place. She was using profanities while taking my order. She was rude and complained about prior customers. A party of 8 came in behind me - she was so rude to them during their ordering that they walked out half way thru. This happened on July 27, 2017 at the Clearwater Beach Subway on South beach near the Bridge to Sand Key. Go to the Subway on north beach - not this one trust me!

For a quick and inexpensive meal, Subway is the place to go! The bread was fresh and the meatball marinara subs that we ordered were delicious! The only strange thing was there was a small boy crawling around the floor in front of the ordering line singing and playing. I thought he was cute and a great form of entertainment, but my boyfriend did not feel the same way.

I was there at 8:30pm on June 15th with three others wanting to order some sandwiches and be on our way. The tall, lanky guy (I think his name is Jeremy) was helping two other customers and told me he was closed and that they were his last customers for the day. The website said closing time was at 10pm. I called back at 9:40pm and a guy answered the phone and went by the name "Jeremy". I just needed a confirmation that he wasn't closed and will be calling corporate. It wasn't like we were obnoxious or snobbish to where he would have felt the urge to refuse us. A word for the owner: If you want to run a business, you wouldn't keep a rotten egg.
