Great experience I have been to the one on ulmerton in largo and it was awful how can a chain have such good food and service in one spot but not the other. Neways this location was amazing waitress was incredible the food so good steak cooked a beautiful medium cook highly recommend the bourbon street steak.... hubby got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It was so good as well very pleased.

Came for a late dinner this evening by myself and their staffing is minimal. 1 bartender, 1 waitress, 1 hostess and a manager running around this restaurant on a Friday night. Should definitely staff more people. Took me about 15 minutes to get my drink. Took another 30 to get my check then another 15 for my payment to be taken. The food was good which is why my rating isn't a 1 star this evening. Please hire more staff or schedule more people on a Friday night.

Really does have a neighborly feel. Open air, seating arrangements of every sort. Drink specials are real drinks, not over or under, you can calculate your limit accurately. Food has always been good over the course of a decade. Service very good, sometimes short handed type issues, same as every establishment in the country right now. Love their baby back ribs..delectable.

The food was served in a reasonable time and the server did the best she could considering she and the manager were the only ones on the floor. They were woefully understaffed. I heard the manager say they only had one cook. I was a bit perturbed when the manager nearly ran to our table, dropped the menus and ran off without a word. The food was good (my wife's pasta had too much garlic) but the lack of staff made the experience not so great.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It was really slow and still our food was messed up, hard and over cooked. I will never recommend this place. I'm allergic to onions and asked foe no onions yet had a bunch under my chicken so had to wait for thay to be remade, the burgers top bun was so hard my wife couldn't even bite it. The cheese on top of the spinach dip was burnt and a hard chunk. Never again. Lastly the bartender was so busy talking to others I watched her forget she was making my shake and by the time she stopped the blender I had oreo milk. Just awful.
