Einstein brother bagel I sent out some coupons and I had a Jalapeño Beagle sandwich with brisket eggs cheese does not taste or look all that good but I did get a free iced coffee with the meal that was good the caramel shake with whip cream is delicious the pumpkin muffin with cream is to die for

Love this place!!! The Greek yogurt cherry pastry is the best! I clean them out everytime I go. They're perfect for the morning before work.
2nd suggestion, get the farmhouse sandwich. The jalapeno cream cheese spread is a perfect compliment

Nobody at the counter when we walked in. Nobody came out. Had to walk into the kitchen to look for an employee. She prepared lunch in slow motion. didn't ask me if I wanted a drink. Had to cancel my transaction to add water. Cancelled unsuccessfully card reader error. Had to use another card, although my bank confirmed nothing wrong with first card. didn't get a receipt either. But paid over $22 (I hope). Ugh

Great staff n friendly service. Brought my grandson here today n last Friday and we really enjoyed the apple cinnamon bagels n today the chocolate chip muffin. Great place to start your day.

So I have been to a few Einstein locations while traveling. Anyone who thinks these are NY style bagels needs medical attention. This location is by far the worst I have ever been to. Trash all over inside and out, sticky seats and tables. The whole staff were teenagers who did not want to be there, management? Publix has better bagels, this was a roll with a hole and microwaved eggs. Luckily I found a real spot right down the street.

The best part was leaving. The entire place smelled like burnt bread. It was dirty and there was trash everywhere. The staff do not care I assure you and it shows. I would give dunkin a better review. I've been here twice now.. my first and my last.
