*This review is for lunch, not breakfast* Typical greasy spoon neighborhood diner that is serviceable but far from great. They have a traditional menu, limited seating, and very friendly, if overworked, service. The burger was prepackaged and mediocre, with off-brand ketchup. I didn't get through half of it - Culver's/Checkers/etc is better. The soup was soggy but well seasoned. They don't house-make dressings or serve anything unique for lunch - but I'm hoping their breakfast is better.

First time here, the waitress was sweet, no rushing me to order. I had the country fried steak and eggs with potato pancakes. Taste just like home. The gravy for the steak was real good, it didn't taste like it came from a box or can. Fresh food and awesome taste, heck, even their coffee was good. Reminded me of being back home in the North East!

Where else can you go and get American breakfast food and Vietnamese cuisine??? This place was great! I ordered french toast and Pho, and both were delicious. The service and atmosphere was friendly. I only wish I lived closer so I could come here more often.

WOW! Looks can be deceiving. Do not judge the amazing food by the location or outside of the building.
You may have to wait a bit longer for your food, but, sooooo worth it. Everything is made to order and made absolutely fresh. What a difference it makes! Jodi, the server, is great!!
Make this place a must-do for your next meal. Affordable, too!

Basic. Staff was friendly enoigh. My wife's breakfast bowl was OK, but the gravy wasn't hot. They did comp half the price, which was nice. My breakfast sandwich was basic: scrambled egg and crispy bacon, with an unmelted slice of cheese on plain toast. The menus looked worn and and dirty (I think the dirt was inside the plastic).

Had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and it was delicious! I mean so good. Best breakfast we have had in quite a while and very affordable. Jodi was our server and she was so pleasant and attentive!

Great food! Everything tastes homemade. The cake was delish. Reminded me of my great-aunt Dollys cake she would make when I came to visit. Also the prices are so cheap...but you get alot of food. Nice friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Well, what can I say, except that the soups are made in house, the pancakes and waffles are made in house, the meats and vegetables are fresh and tasty...! So, if you want fresh food, this is the place to go.

I wrote a 5 star review before, and you're only allowed one review, so I deleted it to write a new one. I've been going here for over a year and love this place, and have introduced many friends to this place. The owners are wonderful and you can tell they care. Their prices are reasonable, and they work with you on special orders.
I do work for a couple of non-profit groups, and we hosted a thank you dinner at EATZ. Everyone in the party (8 of which had never been to EATZ before) loved it, and I know at least one has returned.
Most recently, I decided to order a catered dinner for Christmas. I couldn't believe how much food I got and how reasonably priced it was. I swear I would have spent the same to buy everything myself and make it at home, and I would have been out a lot more time and a mess as well.
EATZ should be on your must-try list. I have never had a meal here that I didn't like.
