The employees were professional sweet and welcoming. The environment was mellow however, The manager constantly yells at the workers and is very demanding. I asked for a honey mustard and instead of handing it to me he yelled at an employee right next to him to hand me the sauce

After Sunday service, we frequent this location. Last Sunday, there was a huge crowd inside and in drive thru, but the lines were moving workers, including management, were serving and cleaning.
One manager was at the cashier's register, and the other was helping, which was helping cook and prepare

Clean and management are super nice and care about people. They seemed very kind when interacting with staff. The only restaurant to give free food, which is greatly appreciated when I'm doing deliveries all day.

Food was ok but when it came to order the funnel cake almost $4.00 and the piece it's so small my son though was the size as the ones at the fair.
Decent place for chicken, however I think there are better options locally. The salads here are good though! Not a fan of the side of not quite bread but not quite toast vibe.
We came in at 1030, ordered $600 worth of food and told them to take their time. 30 minutes later we had our order with NO mistakes. The crew was awsome! Friendly, courteous, up for the challenge. And NO MISSED ORDERS!

Very clean and bright atmosphere. Service and food were great. I attempted to pay for a Police Officer who was in line and learned Police eat free at Zaxby's. That is amazing!! More companies should step up and care for those that risk their lives for the rest of us. I was very impressed! Go Zaxby's
Food is always good and staff friendly. I usually just order off the app for pickup and they're always ready on time and get the order right.
Went through the drive thru to pick up my lunch. Ordered the Big Snack Pack and it was great. Got a large Diet Coke to go with it.
The young man that took our order was absolutely amazing! Our experience here is always exceptional! Oh, and the food is delicious 😋
