Taco Bell

The lobby was closed yet the door was unlocked. A manager who forgot to lock the door rudely told to me leave. Being famished I overlooked the rudeness and went to the drive thru. Taco bell was a really tough competitor to McDonald's and burger king back in the day. The days days are sadly long forgotten. Now the food is more expensive and the quality sorely lacking matching customer service. My food was so hastily made that it had sour cream on the outside wrapping dousing my palms upon touching it to eat. The chalupa was warm,overcooked and dry. The hard shell taco on the other hand was dripping with sauce and barely filled at all with toppings. It gives you the impression that speedily making your order and shuttling you out of sight as fast as possible is all that matters. I don't eat out as often as I use to and this why. It'll be at least another year before I venture to another taco bell. The disappointment will sting at least that long.

The line was absolutely all the way through the parking lot and into the neighboring businesses lot we sat there probably 45 minutes to an hour waiting to get to the window in the Drive-Thru the staff was busting their butts and the food was great it was hot it was exactly what we ordered and has become one of my favorite go-to spots I want to take the staff for busting her butts it was probably 2:00 a.m. and they were slammed appreciate it again gas keep up the good work

We dined in in 2/22/2022. The food order was correct order and the order was ready very quickly. Choosing a clean table was difficult as we only found 2 tables that were clean enough to sit at. The floor in dining also needed to be swept. Only after I went to the counter and let know about the condition of dining did someone began cleaning. However both the men's and women's restrooms were filthy toilet paper all over the two toilets and the floor. My husband the men's also toilet paper on the floor and no soap to wash hands. Management needs to make sure these things are checked frequently.
