Service was not great. We waited a while for our drinks and order to be taken. Food was good though. Typical O’Charley’s. We ordered 2 kids meals, New Orleans Cajun pasta, and southern fried honey drizzled chicken and changed the sides to a side salad and mashed potatoes. Another note, the bathrooms were horribly disgusting with no toilet paper in any of the stalls.

Just had dinner here and I feel almost like I just wasted the last 2 hours of my life. My husband ordered the sirloin "medium" and it came out charred/burned on the outside and very undercooked on the inside. His baked potato was also undercooked. My daughter's pasta meal was literally cold in spots. It took us 2 hours to get seated/served/and meal eaten. I just think that's too long. I overheard the hostess speak very unprofessionally to another customer when she asked where the toothpicks were. She actually told her, "Don't be a Karen!" Just. Rude. Why would the restaurant keep seating people if they don't have enough staff to handle it? Our server was Melissa, but she did a great job, so I don't want to pass blame to her.

The service was great and the people were nice and the food was off the chain. I just wish there was a way to get my food back that I left there. I was in tears when I got home I walked out and forget it but other than that I love the place

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is I think the pricing is a bit ridiculous for O'charleys... I could have bought meals an cheesecake at the cheesecake factory tonight for what I spent here....That being said . . THE FOOD WAS SOOOOO GOOD HERE TONIGHT.
1st off cheese wedges- they make me happy. LOL.
2nd our waiter Devon was super attentive, curtious, an we really didn't have to wait for anything tonight.
3rd.... I got a sirloin cooked medium an it was cooked perfectly, an Sooo tender. My neices salmon was amazing looking an she really loved it, my daughter got the ribs an steak - she got the honey gold sauce on the ribs an she loved them.
We will definitely go back. Just because the food was SO SO GOOD.
PS...the regular Mac N cheese is not good though- don't get that...Lol
My side salad an all loaded baked potatoes were amazing though.

We had a great time visiting O’Charley’s, came in for a late lunch/early dinner with family, we got seated immediately, our server was great, I love how he didn’t need to write down our order and got our requests right as well, sadly they were out of 2 items we really wanted so he let us get something else at no charge to make up for it, would definitely recommend coming here!

They shouldn't call this loaded potato soup. It's cheese soup with bacon and potatoes. Also, the fried pickles are less than good.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and I must say this spot is honestly a culinary heaven. The portion sizes are good and the food is out of this world. Every single item my family ordered was outstanding. My husband was so impressed with the ribs as he complimented how the meat was so tender it was falling off the bone. My children loved the kids pizza as well as the pastas we ordered them. The fries, rice, potato soup and macaroni and cheese were absolutely the best sides I’ve ever had in any restaurant. Not to mention the delicious chicken tenders that were a hit for my entire family. I am so eager to come back and try many more items on the menu.

It was really good I ordered a side of shrimp to go with it but it never made it to my plate ! They really need employees the manager was was cooking our food they had no one else to do it but he did a wonderful job
