Imagine standing in line for over 10 minutes while one person makes 1x sundae and 1x triple scoop ice cream while there are literally 13 people standing in line. Meanwhile 4x employees are “working” behind the counter. Absolutely zero sense of urgency or care for customer service

The worst customer service. The young lady with the holographic septum ring, name on tag is Amber. You could tell she didn’t want to be bothered by her customers nor did she want to be here. My iced coffee tasted straight like creamer so I had to order a double shot of espresso to add to it. The sourdough sandwich and avocado toast tastes and smells like burnt rubber.

Went there this evening. When the employee asked for my order and I requested a hot fudge sundae she said "I'd rather not make that" and asked the employee beside her to make it instead. Then they both started to argue over who should have to make it. I listened to this for about 30 seconds and then simply walked out.

Closes down way earlier than their stated hours and remove their headsets for the drive thru earlier than closing hours so they can ignore any drive thru orders, whoever owns this place doesn’t know what’s going on at this place or let’s it happen, just close down.

2 1/2 Stars - There's only so many times we can blame it on Covid-19 for the lack of quality and/or service. BR had always been my favorite ice cream parlor/shop. I expected more being it's summer. They were out of several choices we tried to order, including newer items. Maybe because of the weekend, they could have run out of the most popular ice cream flavors, but they shouldn't be out of drink flavors. Nonetheless, when there are several items you are out of, it should be mentioned before the customer orders. Plus, I'm a fan of longer fancy nails, but not while preparing food for people to consume. If there was a manager on site, they were nowhere to be seen, and it definitely reflected in the flow. The person who served us was pleasant, however.
