The flavors are great but the guy working was super rude to my kids, husband, and me. He literally kept yelling at us and my Autistic 6 year because he pointed at the topping that he wanted and accidentally touched the spoon. The worker yelled threw the spoon and said great now I have to wash that.

Went here for an end of elementary school celebration. The employees are super nice and the ice cream tasted spot on. They have so many topping choices and it is clean and service is great.

I usually have no bad experiences here however this time I found multiple pieces of hair in my ice cream. I went back in to ask for a refund since I'd barely ate it and was told I could get another one. When I declined saying the hair was in the ice cream and I'd rather just have a refund I was told

The service was awesome friendly and helpful, he was great with all the kids in the store too. It was an all around good experience at a reasonable price. You pay by the weight so don't be afraid to get a bigger bowl so mix in your toppings. The only down side is there wasn't a whole lot of flavors,
