The girls working drive thru at 1:14pm today were amazing. They were fast, cheerful, and greeted me with a smile. I know Saturdays are busy and stressful but they provided a great customer experience and they deserve recognition.
just moved to Clarksville and this McDonald’s is doing it right. hot food served QUICKLY every time. the burgers just taste right and the nuggets never cold. nothing is ever broken and management is super formal and understanding. definitely recommend if you’re passion through.
It is what it is. That said, it's very busy, and employees are friendly. Management appears to award effort as I've seen Employee of the month awards for the custodian multiple times-and the guy seems to really deserve it with his work ethic.

It seems to be just as much as a sit down now with very fast paced service that doesn't care much to be bothered
Visited on a Saturday morning and found the restaurant to be clean and well maintained. The manager was friendly and attentive and even refilled our drinks at the table! It was obvious she took pride in her job. A very pleasant experience. Thank you !

Since the remodel, several parking spaces were changed into landscaping. It would be better to have the extra parking. A lot of the parking up close was taken up by employees, leaving little space for customers.
The only McDonald's restaurant in the area that has decent service.
