Not good customer service ..worker standing just look at the customer in drive through. Your frosty should never look melt just pass item like those out too your customer .also stop putting ketchup & napkins on customer food you put your hands in all those other bags some yall are taking money an doing these things.

On 4/21/22 at 10:18am, I arrived at the Wendy's drive-thru to place an order. After sitting at the intercom for 1 1/2 minutes without being greeted, I said "Hello", to let someone know that I was there. I was returned with a statement of "Ma'am, would you hold on for a second please?" So, after waiting another 3 minutes without anything being said, I said "Hello" again, to let them know that I was still waiting. And for the second time, I was asked to hold, but was then greeted by a second voice, asking what would I like. I asked for the #2 breakfast combo, but the second voice said, "Ma'am, we're on lunch!" I responded by saying, "It's 10:24am, why are you not still on breakfast?", and the voice returned with, "We're on lunch! Do you want to place an order?" Very furious at this time, I responded with a "No". But the kicker to this story, I was stuck in the drive-thru, with no way to exit, and had to wait 10 additional minutes for them to give the orders to the other 2 vehicles in front of me!!! NEVER AGAIN! 😤
