Waffle House

So nice! All service workers were so kind and helpful and above and beyond all expectations. They filled my water bottle with no problem at all, I am so appreciative and grateful <3 even though I visited on a holiday, they were very nice :) additionally, all food was amazing (this was expected) and I could not have asked for any better. Thank you WH for a great evening meal!!

I mean the food tastes good. There's not a lot of variety but their Waffles are delicious! Definitely a great place for /breakfast/brunch if you're not looking to break the bank. However the staff at this particular location are very rude (?) I'm not quite sure that's the word I would use but there's no customer service, at least from the waitress that we had and it didn't seem like there was a lot of friendly communication going on between the staff either. Everyone looked miserable and it definitely hung in the atmosphere. The food stations were also horrendously filthy today.

Today’s service was very poor. Sat for a long time before being asked for drinks. The place was not busy at all. The waitress never came to make sure our food was okay, because if she did, she would have found out that my hash browns were overcooked and not enjoyable. Never got a drink refill. Never received check. When we got up to the register, I witnessed the cook lick his fingers and continue preparing burgers. This was by far disgusting and I will never return to this location. Eater Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Food and drink are disgusting!!! So…. I ordered iced tea and I mention to the waitress it has a funny taste … she yells over to the other girl behind counter “how long since we made tea” the girl behind says, “ been here since LAST Saturday !!! It was Sunday morning…… a whole 8 days and she served it to me. I was sicked out…. I asked for Sprite and omg it tasted weird too… i asked why the speite had a funny taste and smelled of dish water and she said we probably need to clean the lines… I kid you not!!! As if that wasnt bad enough, my son finally gets his order but people… the grits had HAIR in it which we pointed out and waitress says I can get you some more .. uhh no thanks NEVER GO HERE! When we were paying the bill she said I HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR MEAL! I flat out told her NO WE DID NOT
