Just had one one of the best country breakfasts!!!!!
So we were driving through town and wanted something reasonably priced that tasted good. Yelp had me going to one place, but when I drove there ... nothing was there so I looked at restaurants near me on Google, saw Mc's and decided to give it a shot. I am SOOO glad I did.
It's not a fancy restaurant, but what it lacks in "pretense" it more than makes up for in quality. And really, why do we need all that fancy anyway? It is set up cafeteria style and I got the standard meat and 2 veggie plate. I did chicken fingers, boiled cabbage, cream corn and unsweetened tea. It was all AMAZING and the staff was friendly and helpful to the newbies who obviously had no idea what we were doing.
The restaurant is obviously patronized regularly by locals and they all seemed to know each other. I just LOVED it.
It was also clean so 5 stars for that alone.
Overall - not fancy, Great food, Friendly Staff, Amazing Vibe! I'd eat here any time!

Looking for something to eat on the way home. They were just a little off the main road and worth the detour! We both had the chicken tenders with different sides. You can either order off the menu or the pre-made on the buffet. Everything was delicious!
Stopped in for a bite on the way to Clarksville. It was clean, with nice country cooking.
I found this place while on a trip to GA. I always look for small, family owned places to eat as much as I can. I was not disappointed here. Very friendly staff, they treated everyone like family (they may have been for all I know). Even the other customers were friendly.

Had breakfast here. Biscuits were amazing. If you don't like the food here, then you don't like your own grandma, and I don't want to know you.
