Pho is light and good. Not as flavorful as other pho places but decent. Mongolian beef had good flavor but the beef was chewy in a strange way. Overall 7/10

It was my first time being there at Pho 54, got really hungry and decided to have lunch there in the afternoon from driving all the way from Sacramento International Airport. The food was okay but it couldn't been better. It would probably be the first and the last time I ever eaten there again.

The pho was really good and super big as well, it was like a bottomless bowl haha. A nice place to visit after work or trying to find a new place to eat? Try Pho 54.

The rare steak and fatty brisket is tasty. The rice noodles are good as well. The 1st time stopping by tried the garlic chicken and that was great.

Had a large pho option#1 and the portion of meat and noodles were very small compared to other competing sacramento pho restaurants.
Ordered also fried calamari and shrimp and pork spring rolls. Spring rolls also lacked portions of meat and the veggies inside were not fresh. Fried calamari was an appetizer that came to our table after we had finished our bowl of phos.
Would probably avoid coming back unless this was the only pho place to go in Citrus Heights.

They were nice people. But the food wasn't that good. The shrimp didn't taste that good and the bowl of bbq meat and the vermicelli wasn't great also the bowl wasnt that big. I won't be back. There's definitely better in the area

The lady and her husband are always so sweet to me and my boyfriend, definitely a great neighborhood restaurant!!
