Me and my friends going to do this McDonald's in hopes of getting some food. We got the food, but at a price. We ordered two Happy meals in one 20 piece McNuggets. Both Happy meals had nuggets in them. We did not get our extra fries, nor did we get any dipping sauce. Do you know how hard it is to eat chicken nuggets with no dipping sauce? I would rather rub my fingers against rough sandpaper. Not a fun experience. They did give us Mayo packets at the front window though so that was pretty nice

Customer service skills for the employees were mediocre at best need to care more about customer experience vs time of how quickly they can get the food out for higher skill scores for when secret shoppers come in randomly and quite oftenly to grade them with test. More cleanly than other mcdonalds I have visited in the last few weeks hands down.

Lack of customer service. I believe that there wasn't a supervisor watching what was going on.
Nobody really new what was going on one worker in the back making all the orders and the other 3 or 4 workers were all over the place. Looked like nobody new what they were supposed to be doing. It took almost 15 teen minutes to buy a soda and I was the only one that was in side ordering. CRAZY.....

2 fish sandwiches both had very dry or over cooked edges. Chicken sandwich add extra pickles, got 1 pickle slice. Alot of confusion taking order thru drive thru

Check your order before you pull away from the drive through. It's very typical to get half of the fries you ordered, or no sauces for your nuggets, or just the wrong burger.

Food is always good but there is always issues. Being out of ice for my second time being there. Entrance has unfixed plumbing leak for a while. The plus for this location is, handicapped ramps and rails in restrooms and parking. Drive thru is fast and efficient.

They messed up my order at the payment window. Then fixed it, and then messed it up again at the pick up window. I will be checking the cheeseburgers for cheese and triple checking the sauces requested while still in the drive thru from now on.

This location has the worst customer service I've witnessed from a McDonald's. The workers in the drive thru don't say a word to you. They don't even tell you your total. The kid taking orders acts like a wannabe thug to the point that you can't even understand what he is saying. Overall this location needs management to step it up or corporate to come train their employees who expect $16+ for no effort.
