The service was on point. The restaurant was clean and presentable. It was pretty busy but luckily they had plenty of employees to keep the food rolling out the door. We ate in and they brought the food to our table. It was presented in a very nice way. It was fresh and made exactly to our request.
Place was very clean. Everyone working there had a pleasant disposition. Laid back but they take their food very seriously. Everything was perfect. They have a good team. I will be back
I had the Italian and it was better than Subway but not the best sub I have ever had. The store could use an update on the furniture as well. Service was good
fast , friendly, food was fresh and made to order. staff was friendly welcoming and it was very diversed. even tho I said no mushrooms and they still put them on my sandwich I had a pleasant visit and the place was very clean !!!
The staff was friendly and the food was good. The prices were higher than the Colerain location, and this I did not understand. Overall a good experience.
We ordered a couple of sandwiches and a med French fries . It took a short time and they was ready. This is the first time at this location. When we got home with order all was hot and fresh. We will be going back soon. Thanks

Speedy service, decent sandwiches if a bit too greasy, great fries and a clean environment. Also, kinda expensive. Not sure when that happened exactly but you do notice the higher prices on all items.
This is the best Penn Station in the area. The crew works hard and tries to do a good job.
This is my Penn Station of choice! Food is always good however on my last it was above the norm!
The folks that work here are great, I always like coming here. They are friendly and helpful, even when they are busy. And the food is always right.
