It was really hot out the day I went through the drive thru of the Arbys in Colerain. There was a worker outside and she saw my dog and my puppy chilling in the backseat with the windows down. Arby's is usually pretty good. This time, the crinkle cut fries were slightly undercooked and very salty. The sandwich was good and the service was excellent. that was the only issue---which in itself was unusual and I'm sure next time that won't be an issue.
They had amazing customer service. I ordered the boneless wings meal and the fries were forgotten on all three orders. So i drove back around and they politely gave me fresh fries after looking at my receipt all with a caring smile. I really appreciated that.
This was my first time going to Arby's and it was very nice! My order was the new brisket sandwich with fries. The lady was nice and my food came out nice and hot, she did forget to put ketchup in the bag but other than that she was really nice!
The staff was very polite and got the order out fast and fresh even though they were busy during lunch rush.
