Went to drive thru, only got a large Sprite. Was told to pay at 2nd window. But live was backed up so another girl came to the 1st window and let me pay right there. Keeping the line moving.

It was delicious. Ordered 2 fish 1 breakfast sandwich. Got home had 3 fish. Called store no one answered. Enjoyed meal just a little disappointed.

We ordered a sack of cheese burgers with extra pickle. A 3 piece cheese stick and a sack of onion chips. The cheese stick and the onion chip was hot and fresh. But they missed on the extra pickle. Some of the burgers didn't have any pickle at all...it was very busy at the time we went thru. We paid for extra pickle it was on our recipt. Thanks

Customer service was good but if I'd rate the overall appearance I'd say 2 and a half maybe 3 stars the inside was decent and stocked but the outside could use sprucing up

I have been eating at White Castle for 65 years, and I remember when they were a nickel apiece and if you had a coupon 6 for a quarter. Since it's revealing I have always gotten the jalapeno White Castle with extra onion. Sometimes only a White Castle hamburger will do!
If you get them hot they are really good. The woman taking my order was very professional and I could even understand her through the speaker oh, imagine that!?!

I ordered 4 different types of sandwiches and cheese sticks at the drive through. I had one car in front of me. When I pulled up and paid I received my order. It was correct and hot. Fast, accurate, and friendly service. It doesn't get any better.
I had my dog (Boo) with me. After receiving my food, the drive through person also complimented my dog about how good she looked and how well behaved she was. I know it's not related to the service they provide but it still made me feel good. Thanks!

They were super short staffed in my opinion but they were husting to get the orders out calmly. I would definitely want quality over speed any day!!

Our order was correct and staff there were pretty freindly. I was even able to get a smoothie when i could not at McDonald's bcuz the machine was outta order. And despite it being a little on the small side qas very good!

The service is always top-notch at this location. Friendly Smiles, friendly faces, and the orders are fresh and right every time. One of the best White Castles in the city in my opinion

Either you like little square moist hamburgers or you don't. I Do! Also love the fish chicken rings and fries. Oniin chips are to die for if fresh and not overcooked. And nobody can beat their breakfast FAST!
