The server Cliff was just outstanding. The atmosphere was just the right one we expected. The food, ambience was quite good. However Cliff made our day too good. He was so nice, respectful. We got complimentary desserts from them as we had our engagement. They were so good with us. Kudos to all Olive Garden staff and Cliff. What a day we had there!!

Food was amazing. Honestly a great deal for as much food as you get. We were so full from the endless soup/salad that we got to take our pastas home! Exceptional service too. Our server Yatzari was so nice and we loved our experience with her. She checked up on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a large group of 10 people and we were very happy with our whole experience! Our server Andrew took really good care of us.

Asa = A+! He was an amazingly attentive server, charming, and super high energy. I left happier than I arrived, and that says something to the atmosphere. As I looked around the restaurant, I witnessed similar high energy and kindness from other staff, too. Really enjoyed our dinner.

Went for lunch at the Oakley location, very friendly staff and very good food. We were seated quickly and had a great server. I also saw him interacting with another table showing them how to check out on the tablet. I would absolutely go back to this location.

My boyfriend and I came to this location after church and it was wonderful! Our server, Kyle was super nice and we could tell that he really enjoyed his job! He was the only server in the bar area, yet he was able to cater to all of his tables, without us having to wait! He refilled our peach teas without being asked! He was a great server, with a great personality! We live closer to the location in Florence, KY, but we chose to come to this because of the great service!
We both had the " All you can eat pasta bowls", and they were so delicious!

Don't come often but when I do, never disappointed. Our server Cov was very attentive as well as the manager Shilo when we first got sat. We were a group of 8 and didn't have to wait long for our food. Overall, very pleased.

This location has definitely improved since covid. We live close and have been a few times and it's always a good time. Servers are good, no mistakes, friendly - food coming out of the kitchen hot and fast.

Went there with some buddies for the $13.99 unlimited pasta and soup/bread deal for a birthday celebration.
We got the fried Calamari appetizer which was SOOO worth it (the $4+ dipping sauce extra order thing was not worth it though), and the pasta was good--although as greasy as you'd imagine.
It was a really great deal for the price, and I ate so much my stomach was tearing. They let you take the leftovers home too, which some places don't let you. The service was seriously amazing, and even the manager came to check in on us. I thought we were in trouble for being loud, but after doing their survey I think tats what they do to increase their customer service.
I'd say some things were too salty, so I walked out the restaurant with my lips burning and drier than hell, but it was a fantastic time.
The birthday dessert (you pick 1 from their many desserts) was free and DELICIOUS. The chocolate lasagna cake was perfect--I was expecting it to be too sweet it'd cause you to get diabetes but it was perfect and big.
The gnocchi soup hit the spot and was surprisingly super delicious and one of my favorites, although the gnocchi is a bit weird and too big of a tasteless bite.
