Steve is always very attentive. As soon as he saw me wheeling my sister in who is wheel chair bound, he came right out to help. His service was excellent as well as the food. If he is working I always ask to have him wait on us!
Stella, my Boston Terrier loves the drive-thru lady Loretta and forces me to visit 3X/week. Loretta always makes sure everything is right and in the bag. Seldom have an issue and when we do the guy who manages at night makes it right. He's one of the best customer focused managers you have. He

I grew up in Fairfax, moved to FL for a few years & recently came in after years of being away and thanks to Steven H we had the most amazing experience and visit. Absolutely will be back!

I got the bacon cheeseburger and wasn’t disappointed. The crinkle fries are good, onion rings were great! The service here though was AMAZING! Gina, Herald, Matthew all made our experience awesome by giving us recommendations, making sure we liked the food and had everything we need it. Best America
Big Boy is my favorite restaurant in the world. I have been eating at Big Boy restaurants since I was a child. Nothing matches a Big Boy sandwich and salad bar. My server was super nice and attentive. Long live Big Boy!

Love this location. The staff is always great and the food is delicious. Even though it has been remodeled, it reminds me of being a kid and eating at Frisch's in the 70's.
The servers at the Mainliner location are very friendly and efficient. They remember the regulars and welcome everyone with a smile.
