Ok food, ok service, atmosphere was that of a fast food restaurant. The one thing I can say was their fries were actually very fresh and hot. Sandwich was dry. Hence 3 stars.
Fast friendly service at the drive thru. Love the original roast beef sandwich and my wife's favorite is the super.
We were staying in the area for a few days, a few doors down at a hotel, and we wanted something fast for dinner. My husband wanted to try the new waygu burger, and I got the chipotle crispy chicken wrap (and I got a gree chocolate shake for my bday thru the app). The employee who took our order was friendly. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot.
The order was hot and fresh. Ordered fresh cook.
The staff was friendly.
The restaurant was clean.
Tried new fish, not good.
Dry not much fish not really a Hush Puppy flavor.
Every time I go to this location, the food is perfect and the employees are friendly. At other locations I have gone to in the past, the meat is a weird texture or the fries are over cooked. These guys do a great job!
I went through the drive-thru and got a double roast beef sandwich with some Arby's sauce. It's always one of the best sandwiches ever. I got it fast and the person at the drive-thru was nice. Not sure what else to say. Always a good job.
We surprised them with a large group of more than 20 people. The staff did a great job getting us in and served quickly and the food was good.
I'd advise everyone to try getting their roast beef sandwich shaved at least once. It's amazing how much better the flavor of the beef is.
One of the best tasting Arby's in the city! Very friendly and not busy! Michelle, Josh (mgr) and James, Alexa and Leanne (not Rhymes, lol) are all awesome. Nice, genuine, courteous folks. gave me a reciept with a smile, discount without even asking, and top notch service. Great people here.
The food was great. However, I did not receive an item I asked for along with the rest of my food. I went back, told the cashier, and then she said she would take care of it. A young man, who I'm assuming, is either the son/grandson of the woman who spoke with me and asked me what I needed. I told him that I didn't get an item I ordered before leaving, to which the cashier said in a very snarky/rude tone "I already told him I'd take care of it. Why can't he be patient and wait?" Safe to say that I won't be visiting that Arby's for a while again.
