Forty Thieves - Cincinnati - Photo album

I had a great experience here! I went with a friend after work and we both got the shawarma hummus bowl. We both thought it was very good and loved all of the toppings. My only complaint was that we didn’t get very much meat. Pitchers of domestic beer were only $10 and the French fries are amazing.
The food won't disappoint, in fact some of the better pitas and hummus I've had in a long time. Great spot to sit outside after you order and have a beer and car watch. Also I there is a fishbar kitty-corner and I don't know what's happening over there but it's fun to watch.
Chill venue for good shawarma. Would recommend the beef shawarma sandwich with a side of their fries (well seasoned). The benefit of going to Forty Thieves is you can grab a beer from Holiday Spirits! The outdoor seating is nice on a sunny day.
Based on reviews here, I expected the food to be good. But I was pleasantly surprised when it was more than great. Saffron rice was the best I've tasted anywhere. Falafels were terrific as was the pita. The spicy tomato soup was just a tad spicier than I needed it to be. But overall, excellent stop

The food was great! Very small menu, but my falafel was seasoned well and the food was flavorful. More importantly, you can go into Holidays to order and eat in there. It is NOT just a walk up window on the street. Go in to Holidays, eat Forty Thieves, have a drink, lose a game of pool to your fath
The shawarma was out of this world. Very flavorful and delicious. But don't go into the adjoining pub to eat it unless you want deafening music.
Very friendly staff, pleasant place to go for lunch on a Saturday. Chicken pita was good and flavorful. I like my hummus to have a bit more zing, but you go wrong with a side of beets, loved that!
My 25 year high school class reunion was held at Forty Thieves. I was on the planning committee and truthfully didn't know exactly what to expect. The food was delicious! So many different flavors bounced around my mouth at once. Very good. The staff was EXCELLENT. They attended to approximately 50
