It's nice being greeted as you come in the door. The store is well lit and most everything is right in front of you. The are friendly and helpful. The flavors are great (although I would prefer smaller chips in Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip).

Wife called and ordered an ice cream cake for my son's 21st birthday. Walked in, picked it up and was out the door in no time. Cake was delicious as always. Our family loves Graeter's ice cream. Also highly recommend curbside pickup done through the Graeter's app.
8/2/20...My fiance ordered a cake from here for his birthday get together. When he went to pick it up yesterday, there was an issue with the cake. Everything was made right by a supervisor. The cake was sinfully delicious! 😋 Customer service is great! ⭐ We'll definitely get cake from here again!
