We stopped today after a little drive...we wanted a cozy place to have a bite, drinks and a river view...the Upper Deck was the jackpot! We arrived at happy hour... great prices! John was our server and took very good care of us...we had the smoked wings and some brews! The wings were excellent!

Bartender was great! All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere, whether you want to sit inside or outside. We didn't get a chance to try their food, but we will definitely be back to do so!

Pretty bad experience overall. It's a great location and atmosphere, but they always seemed short staff and it took about 1.5 hrs to get our "fish" tacos. A relaxed atmosphere. Food is as you would expect from bars no more no less. Live bands play there frequently. It's greatest strength is the view, so make sure you get a table outside a don't forget to get the bucket of beer!
