Can’t believe we have never been here!! Drive by nearly every day and we finally decided to come for lunch. My husband and I had our 17 month old in tow. We had the place to ourselves for about 20 minutes which was great because he could walk around, getting some energy out before sitting still for a meal. He was still pretty rambunctious and the owner was ready with a few toys that she brought for him and a little snack plate. It was so sweet and helpful. I ordered the turkey club and my husband got the southwest turkey sandwich. Both were out of this world. Simple sandwich but with super fresh ingredients and made with care in an intimate home like place! The food was great but I truly appreciated the service even more. Going out to eat with children is always a gamble and she made it so wonderful!! It started to get busy as we were leaving and it was basically just the owner working so I’m hopeful the other patrons were patient and kind. It’s important to support businesses like this and we definitely will more often!!

I absolutely love this Bistro! While I've tried several menu items, my favorite entree to order is one of the grilled cheese sandwiches. The 16 Brix bread is always perfectly grilled and the cheese combinations are delicious. Today, I had the NY and Jalepeno cheddar. Sometimes, I'll swap the kettle chips for the fresh, hand-cut fries. I also had the homemeade chicken and vegetable soup, served with a side of bread and butter. It was so flavorful and the ingredients were nice and chunky. It was a wonderful bowl of comfort. I was lucky today, another soup option isn't always available. However, tomato basil is offered everyday.

Isabella and Angel transformed a hectic Wednesday into something extraordinary. Cosie is a welcome oasis of calm and quality in a hectic and mass market world. We were immediately welcomed by soft guitar music, warm and inviting space and smiling and knowledgeable staff. My son asked for a blue cheese burger and I got the ham & cheese croissant. Yumtastic!!!

I absolutely love this bistro. Hands down the best turkey burger I’ve ever had. I like that the burger is made with fresh ground Turkey and not a frozen chub patty. And may I add that the grilled cheese(no matter which on you get) are exactly how a grilled cheese should be. The chef/ owner is friendly and always sticks a little something extra in my bag when I order.If you haven’t tried Cosi Bistro I highly recommend you do.

Seriously, SO GOOD! My friend and colleague bought me lunch here. We had an amazing salad and ordered eggs with it. There was obvious thought and care taken to chop the veggies, butter the bread, supply salt and pepper and package mustard and mayo with the eggs (just in case we wanted to make a quick egg salad). So good - I’m going to take my husband here for lunch sometime.
