Valerie was AMAZING! We came in around 11:30pm and she was on of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered. Seriously, she's awesome! The food was great too.

The waiters act very social and consistent. Certain meals are wheat, dairy milk, soy, preservative, and artificial free, but few. The chefs do not take time to make any meal order accurate.

We have been going to this location for years and the food is always good for us at the Beechmont location. For the most part we have had great service, but we definitely have a few favorite servers. Atmosphere depends mostly on the other customers and time of day you are dining.

My favorite dish is the New York cheesecake pancakes. I also enjoy the Blue Raspberry Lemonade , it comes with fresh blueberries too ! Great atmosphere and food. Good place to meet up with friends.

I gave 4 stars for service because we ordered pancake tacos to go and I didn't realize that there were different types nor was I asked what kind we wanted (I thought they were the fruit kind as advertised on the window). They weren't ready after dining in, so we still had to wait on the cook to make them.

Last week I left a negative review about this IHOP.. My primary reason for doing so was the long delay in seating patrons and short staffing... However I have erased that review and wish to say today was 100% better was seated almost immediately and Jerica my server was top notch and the food was excellent. A vast improvement deserving of 5 stars. Thanks 😉

This IHOP was very clean. They seemed a little short staffed but they still did a good job. All of our food was great. No complaints about that. However it was so cold in there we were almost shivering 🥶. Either than the freeze out I would definitely visit this location again.

We came during lunch rush, we waited about 15 min for a table. They were busy & they handled it well. There was a slight delay on our order, but our server brought the kids' food as soon as it was ready (which we appreciated). The restaurant was clean & our server was attentive. She kept our drinks full & table cleared - all the while keeping a friendly demeanor.

The wait was a little longer than usual to get seated and for the food to arrive, but we think the problem was short staffing. The food was good however, and the waitress was attentive. My aunt's bacon could have been cooked a little longer, but her blueberry pancakes (not shown) we're good. My food was very good as well.
