Slightly run down on the interior. All supplies like sauces, lids, etc. were empty. Employees were very friendly. The food looks nothing like the menu pics. Was decent flavor, but way overpriced! We paid $41 for 4 people with 2 drinks being water.

I came here at around 11pm. I usually don't expect great food or service that late, but I was pleasantly surprised! There were only two people working, but the drive through guy was very nice and communicative. Chicken was a little dry, but I'm not expecting a gourmet meal near midnight. Good stuff.

The food is not 100% my taste, but my husband was excited to get back to one. The employees were definitely excellent though! Our drive thru girl made sure we were set up with all of the condiments we were going to want for our stuff and our order was right on.

Haven't been to a Jack in the Box in years. Thankfully the amazingly friendly staff crew at this location didn't disappoint. Helpful friendly courteous and kind only begins to describe the atmosphere there.
Jack In the Box in our area are a hot mess. They are almost always understaffed. It's really sad, they have some of the best churros around. The rest of their menu items are a bit hit or miss. I've heard that new ownership/ management is forthcoming. Hopefully, that'll help
Not gonna lie, jack let me down this time. Eggroll was eh, burger wasn’t great, and instead of my two tacos they gave me an $8 jumbo jack, i didn’t eat it cuz like… already had a bacon ultimate sourdough. Starting to grow tired of ya jack. Get my order right 😞

Its an inexplicable miracle that Cincinnati has a JitB considering the next closest one is 200+ miles away. Just be grateful its there! Food is low quality but the price reflects it. If only these guys were closer to Columbus! Great food, short wait times and affordable prices. A phenomenal experience. Definitely, need more locations in Ohio Jack in the Box!
