There was a long line, but the employees team worked and we were served fast and efficiently!
Its a food court. It was busy as hell, other customers were rude, there was nowhere to stand out of the way where you could hear when your name came up..... but the chicken is so good it was worth it.
Today is my first day to try it was, Good place and good service, recommended.!!

Chick-fil-A is my go to fast food restaurant. A kids meal satisfies my hunger and it is always good. I love those chicken nuggets.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am an employee in the mall, so I come to this chick fil a almost everyday if not multiple times a day. The service is phenomenal. The employees have gotten to know myself and the rest of my staff, and go above and beyond to make sure we have the best chic
I'm seriously delighted that in a mall food court, chick fil a has an employee who comes around, buses tables, and get drink refills for people. I'm yet to be disappointed!

I always have a wonderful experience. I usually get the 12 piece nugget with BBQ sauce. It never disappoints. The lines are usually long but that's to be expected. The staff is very efficient and usually moves the line along very quickly. I will be back in the future!
My kids never eat the Kenwood mall, but I had errands that took longer than normal. It was a nice change of scenery and it wasn't too busy at Noon. I was expecting long lines, but only because I'm used to the weekend craziness.
I never would have thought I’d be writing a positive review for a fast food restaurant. This chick fil a has the nicest staff, quick service and fresh flowers at the table. Great concept!
