Really really really great ice cream. Makes moomers and alpine haus seem so trashy. Super friendly service too.
Double scoop in a sugar cone, birthday cake and s’mores, really good combination and in a really pretty area too.
Amazing ice cream!!! I am usually a brownie/cookie dough fan but went with their signature black raspberry chocolate chip & it was delicious. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable of all their ice cream flavors. Wish we had one of these in Michigan!
Some of the best ice cream I have ever had! The owner was incredible making sure that place was as clean as possible. Staff was friendly too. Will definitely be back. P.S.. Their t-shirt was a bargain at under $15. So soft!
Hands down, the best ice cream in the world! I have never had a flavor I didn’t like. My favorite is Madagascar Vanilla Bean! Mmmm!!! I highly recommend Graeter’s Ice Cream!!! I go there every time I visit Cincinnati!
This ice cream is so good. Perfect match with the skyline down the road. A perfect pair. Everything is good here. The staff is very nice and friendly.
Visiting from out of town and was told we needed to try this place. It was good, was told we couldn't sit inside bc they were closing in a half hour... That was kinda rude, but whatever we ate outside the front door bc we don't eat in our car.

It is Graeter's. For a long time Cincinnati resident, that says it all. Best ice cream in town unless you ask an Aglamesis partisan. An employee named Paul has rendered extraordinary service.
So friendly worker and nice service. Can try all of the flavors ! Salted caramel is the best I've ever eaten. Sad that there was not Cheese Crown but this was satisfied enough.
Had the coconut marshmello almond sundae. I just loved it and there are chocolate chips, almond and some coconut pieces. Amazing taste and i dont prefer coconut icecream but this was just amazing. Do visit if you come to cincy.

Me & my mom had the best vegan ice cream at Graeters! The staff was very helpful & kind and provided excellent customer service, as well as brief history about Graeters and the surrounding Cincinnati area. We will definitely be visiting the next time we are in town :)

Staff was friendly, the place was pretty busy but they kept the line moving. I was with a big group and they got everyone out in good time. It was almost 11pm too and still pretty busy.
