Most employees are very pleasant but there's this one young girl with glasses who always has an attitude,like she doesn't want to be at work. Will not be returning until better employees are working

Every single time I try to pick up an order here it is never ready. Theres always an excuse. Tonight I waited 30 minutes for a hamburger that I had called in ahead of time. While waiting one of the kitchen employees starting yelling at some of the customers that were inside the store saying that "they need to stop being all mad." Very unprofessional. very poor service on a regular basis. Probably going to just stop coming here all together.
