Mcdonald's

Staff management is rude to customers. They told my son to order on the machine when the machine was not working. My son is very respectful to adults and could not believe how rude she was as a manager. She didn't even give him his drinks. He had to take the receipt out to show her he paid for the meals. Never going back to this McDonald's.

At first it was fine although they never asked if I was eating in or taking it to go and just automatically packed it to go. (I was eating in) Order came fast. But, it was wrong. But half my food was cold by the time I got the rest waiting for them to fix it. Soda was only 3/4 full, but I didn't make a big deal cuz I figured I'd just get a refill when I was leaving....guess what?? They refused to give refills!! When the hell does McDonalds not give you a refill?? Or at least just give you another one?? And no machines to refill yourself either. One kid there seemed like he would have refilled for me or given me another soda but the lady by the soda machine told him NO. Just ended up leaving really annoyed..AND STILL THIRSTY

I paid for a large and they gave me this. I did not think it would be this freaking skimped out. Manager was rude as well completely avoided taking my order. Finally a sweet girl in the back noticed me however and helped me out. Maybe hire better managers? Plus why is my burger meat hanging by a hair? Literally just puked.

Horrible!! I walked in as to dine- in. I ordered Bic Mac Combo Meal. They put my food in a Take Out bag--- which made me feel unwelcomed as a dine in guest, they did not have any fountain drinks available, the Big Mac was packed-- but I mean PACKED with Special Sauce. So because they didn't provide me with a tray, the special sauce ended up allover my hands, table and all napkins provided to wipe the table with!!! Next? The fries were like older than my hooo heeeee! I then put the old fries back in the bag and half eaten burger. And left in total disgust,!! Yuck!!
