Denny's

This is my go-to Denny's location; it has the best food quality and customer service in Chula Vista. Food is served quickly and the waiters/waitresses are all friendly/attentive. I felt like trying something out of my usual banana cream pancakes (delicious/must have) or philly cheese steak omelette (delicious/must have). I'm not gonna lie: I was not sure of ordering the southwestern benny (in photo) but I was happily surprised and mindblown. This tasted absolutely delicious!! I ordered it with avocado because: obviously! Honestly recommend this place.

Service was terrible. Food was burnt and cold. Drinks were served warm with no ice. Everyone around us that got there after us received there food. Server never came by to ask if we needed anything. Had to beg for a refill. We ate our dinner mostly with no drinks. Served our refills warm again with no ice. Had to wait for ever just for a bill. It was 9pm. Was a empty restaurant. Waitress was busy talking with other employees. Would not recommend this Denny’s to anyone

I would put zero stars if I could, they forgot to add a side to my order, did not provide me with what was on the menu for one item that I ordered and instead cut corners and gave me a sloppy excuse with key missing ingredients such as the bread on the sandwich. Not only that but the main item I ordered was delivered to me raw, leaking, and with a hair in it; I am befuddled at how the only item not messed up in my order was my soda. I would not recommend ordering from this establishment ever if you care about the accuracy of your order.

Was there on May 26 and ordered the endless breakfast. The cheesy scrambled eggs were so good. They were cooked perfectly. The hash browns were also cooked to perfection. The eggs and hash browns are the best I have had at any restaurant in years. The pancakes were very good. I also ordered a side of bacon and that was a waste. There were two pieces and they were pretty skimp. They also tasted like they had been microwaved much earlier than every things else was made. My friend ordered the veggie omelette and she said it was so good. She had a gluten free English muffin and it was cooked well. Also got the side of fruit and it was fresh and everything tasted great. All the staff were friend and attentive. Everything was so good we went back this morning (May 27) and it was a very different experience. The staff were still good but the food, not so much. I ordered the Build Your Own breakfast with the scrambled eggs, biscuit, hash browns, and fruit. The fruit (bananas, grapes, and cantaloupe) was SOOOOOOOOO good. The biscuit was good. The scrambled eggs were pretty good. The hash browns were flat nasty. They were so greasy they literally left a grease slick on the plate. They were inedible. I had them switched for the ham and it was ok. My friend ordered the same thing as the day before and her English muffin was fine. Her hash browns were also greasy but not as bad as the ones I had. She said her omelette was also very greasy.
