The ice cream desserts were delicious. A definite A+ for quality. However, customer service was a no, no for us. Lady at register was extra annoyed and the man putting the ice cream together for our orders wasn't any better. They just didn't seem too happy to be there at the moment.

This is a must stop when going to Eklutna Lake. They have several Alaska flavors, the best of which is Fireweed Honey. The Wildberry and Blueberry is excellent as well. We make this a yearly trip because it is that good. This year we got a Caramel Breve hit coffee, it was good too, not watered down or over sugary.

Customer service was sweet, I enjoyed stopping here on my way to the lake. The ice cream was really great, and reasonably priced given the location. Nice view, pic-nic tables to eat on, hamburger could use some more options but I’m sure keeping fresh produce for lettuce/tomato fixings is difficult in this location. I’d visit again, for sure.

Yummy ice cream with a view as well as a little store for some quick supplies. Customer service, not so great. The kids are ice cream scoopers, definately not coffee makers. I wouldn't comment except that coffee and espresso are largely advertised and they had no idea what they were doing and made their annoyance about it vividly apparent.

A fantastic, small town local ice cream shop. They have desserts and meal options like hot dogs and the like. All the food is great. It's out of the way unless you're going on a hike in the area or headed to Eklutna Lake nearby, which is also recommended. Makes for a great Alaskan day.

You have got to try this place if you are in the area the ice cream is housemade I had the Fireweed and honey the only complaint I have on that is I wish the fireweed in it were more prominent but I hear it's just the season we are having because its locally grown and the honey locally harvested. This ice cream is the best! Also parents its a dead zone for cell service so smart way to get your kids to put down the phone and other electronic devices.

Seriously awesome ice cream!!! If you are headed up to eklutna lake it's worth it to stop and enjoy homemade ice cream. In some of they're ice creams they have local flavors like fireweed. We enjoy stopping here!

We absolutely love our visits up at Rochelle's Ice Cream Shop and Cheely General Store! The ice cream is made locally in Anchorage, the waffle cones are made in house at the ice cream shop and the family owned/ Veteran owned business is wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. There are 3 cabins on the property that are available for rentals as well as camping spots and a room available for rent above the ice cream shop. I recommend a visit, especially on a beautiful sunny day after a visit to the always beautiful Eklutna Lake and trails!
My favorite ice cream - Glacial Silt
My oldest - Strawberry
My middle - Blueberry (YES! Alaskan blueberries are in it!) and Strawberry
My youngest - Wildberry (made with real Alaskan picked berries!)

Good selection of unique ice cream flavors. Also full range of coffee drinks. Friendly helpful employees and a cute area to sit outside. Just outside of the park, so great for a quick stop after a nice long hike!

This place is fantastic. On a sunny summer day expect long lines, but everyone agrees the wait is worth it. Not only do they have a unique selection of desert items, they have a nice selection of meals as well (cheeseburger, fries, etc).
There is an attached tiny grocery store that is perfectly handy for odds and ends to take to the nearby campsite, or having a picnic at the lake. They also sell firewood, if you are silly enough to forget to bring some like I did once.
