Service and food were underwhelming. The two women who served me and my coworkers were extremely rude had terrible attitudes. The blonde overweight lady, in particular, seemed like she didn’t want to be there and spoke to us in a condescending manner. The food was underwhelming and presentation was atrocious.
The saving grace for this store was the gentlemen, who I believe was the chef, was polite and pleasant.
The two woman who are the first people customers interact with at the store should reconsider their role in customer service or change their approach to customers.

Cute cafe with lovely friendly staff. As a pancake lover, need to come and try their autumn pancake, so delicious!!!

A local staple. Consistency is exceptional. Pies are great. Coffee thickshake is to die for. Menu items are great. All round a good place with the only gripe being the area around the back door - looks a little unfinished but perhaps that's the point and I'm being too critical 🤣

Want to spend 16 bucks for fruit toast?
Most expensive toast I’ve ever seen in my life.
Yeah they add ricotta cheese but is that worth 10 dollars more than every other cafe?
They also refuse to remove any ingredients once we requested if we can just have the toast butter.
Crazy prices and horrible customer service.

Another gem hidden away in the suburbs.. having popped in a few times for food and coffee can't not give them a rating.... always amazing food!!! Better than a lot of the more popular places around I think.

Was absolutely delicious! Loved how many different flavours of hot chocolate there are. Ordered roasted marshmallow flavour and it tasted exactly like a nice hot marshmallow fresh off the fire.
Would definitely be back!

Looks like ownership has changed hands - terrible service andeven worse coffee. I will never venture to this cafe again. The lady serving was too busy to serve me as she spent several minutes texting on her phone before bothering to even acknowledge I was there.

Was not great the last time we visited but thought we would give them another chance. Food was pretty ordinary. Drinks were ok. Serves were very small and overpriced.Don't think we will go back again.
