Juice It Up!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and the young lady that took our order was very nice and thoughtful. My parents had ordered a large smoothie and asked for an extra cup (other Juice It Ups do this and charge extra, but that is fine with us) so they can share. At first they said no, but we still paid, waited for our order and proceeded to sit down outside. Then the cashier walked outside, handed us an extra cup and apologized for the inconvenience. It takes a lot of guts to apologize to customers and I really admired what she did. That’s why I’m rating this location 5 stars. Thank you, Vidal Cuevas

This is a great new Juice It Up! location with friendly service! It's in a new shopping center which is still filling up with stores. I usually have a strawberry/banana something or other, depending on my mood. I like the fact that I now have a Juice It Up! closer to home (instead of having to drive into Chino or Rancho). Try it out and enjoy! We all know what Juice It Up! is like and this location is no different with their exceptional smoothie offerings. This location is surrounded by empty stores currently, as the leasing company tries to fill them with tenants so its generally a rather quiet area. As shown in the pictures I uploaded, it also has an outside fireplace where you can chill and relax until they close. Very nice...

I went here last Friday, to pick up a breakfast smoothie and cinnamon sugar pretzel. The total was $11.03. I handed the young man a 20 a 1 and 3 pennies. He entered $20.03 into the register and left the 1 on the counter. When he gave me my change he handed me a 5 and 3 ones. When I tried to correct hI'm, he kept telling me that he gave me back the 1. I Ecolab that yes he did, but he only handed me 8.00 and should have given me 9.00 so that the change and the one on the counter would equal 10.00. He continued to argue so I decided that this was worthless to dispute as the owner was not there. I took my drink and bagel and left them discovered I received a plain bagel that was wet with a cinnamon sugar flavor but no cinnamon sugar on the bagel. I pulled over and emailed the company through their website hoping I would reach the owner, but instead was contacted by the franchise. They were very nice and sued me that the owner would contact me within 3 days. This is now Wednesday and there had been no resolution. I will not recommend this location to anyone. At this time I feel that the young man took the extra money as a tip and the bagel was not worth the money they charge.
